1. Exchange Request Timeline
Customers must contact Bootsempire within 48 hours of delivery of their order to request an exchange. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in its original condition (no signs of wear, dirt, or damage).
The item must be returned with all original contents, including the boot bag and grip socks provided with the order.

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our support team within the eligible time frame and clearly describe the issue they are facing.
Our team may request supporting proof (images or videos) to properly review the case. Once reviewed, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
Please note that only genuine and valid issues will be considered for return or exchange.
4. Return & Exchange Procedure
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will arrange a pickup from your location.
After the product is received at our warehouse, it will go through a quality inspection to ensure it meets our return eligibility conditions.
During this process, you can inform our team about your preferred model and size for exchange, so we can begin preparing your replacement order in advance. This helps us reduce waiting time and deliver your exchanged product faster.
The replacement will be dispatched once the returned item successfully passes inspection.
Please note that all applicable charges, including pickup charges, redelivery charges, and delivery company handling fees, will be borne by the customer.
